Hartley Financial places high importance on our Accountants, Advisers and Mortgage Brokers undertaking appropriate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training.
All of our Accountants, Advisers and Mortgage Brokers complete the minimum training requirements (40 hours a year for our Advisers & Accountants and 30 hours a year for our Mortgage Brokers), in order to remain up to date and compliant with current policy and procedures.
Our training year is from February 1 to January 31. Through CPD training, our team gains knowledge in areas such as technical competence, client care and practice, regulatory compliance and consumer protection, as well as professionalism and ethics.
David meets with our team on a quarterly basis to review the quarters training and set training needs for the next quarter. Advisers covered by our License are: Chris Behringer, Isabel Hartley and David Hartley. Mortgage Brokers covered by our License are: David Hartley, Sue Norman, Wendy Bennett, Jean Jones, Angela Liacopoulos and Wayne Johnson.
Accountants covered by our License are: Steven Amorello, Lisa MacLachlan and Krishna Amos.
